A Suitable Sport for the Aged People
Aging is an inevitable decline to life, everyone has to face it. How to stay active becomes an important issue to the majority of the aged people.
In today, many sports are suitable to the aged: go jogging, go swimming, go hiking, do Tai Chi, etc. However, aged people have to beware of their physiological condition and limit when they are playing sport, to avoid or decrease the possibility of sport injury, such as: having a stroke, having a heart attack, having asthma attack, or body injury.
Here is a suitable sport that recommends to the aged people; shoot hoops. When you are shooting hoop, your eyes aim at the hoop, you jump with two legs, your hands stretch out and hold the ball up to high, you spring the ball with fingers, and you run to pick the ball when it falls. The complete action is easy, safe, and helpful.
Therefore, why not trying shooting hoops, all you have to do is bring a basketball to basketball court and shoot; and hoops for health.
